At Ember & Grove, each candle is hand-poured in small batches with care and intention. We take pride in preparing and shipping every order thoughtfully.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within Australia only.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Estimated delivery times within Australia:
2–7 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or external factors beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be emailed to you.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, or if you believe your parcel has been lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.
